When you book and participate in a Clarity Session, I collect the following information:
Personal Information:

- Date of birth
- Exact time of birth
- City and country of birth
- The specific question or challenge you're bringing to the session
- Any additional context you choose to share
Payment Information:
- Payment is processed through Calendly and PayPal. I do not directly store your credit card or payment details. Please refer to Calendly's and PayPal's privacy policies (available on their respective websites) for how they handle payment information.
Session Data:
- Audio recording of our session
- Session notes generated using an automated transcription service
- Any follow-up communications between us
Technical Information:
- When you visit this website, standard web server logs may collect your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used solely to maintain and improve the website.
2. How I Use Your Information
I use your personal information for the following purposes:
Session Preparation:
- To study your Human Design chart based on your birth data
- To tune into Spirit, draw oracle cards, and channel messages specific to you
- To prepare for our session with the insights you need
Session Delivery:
- To conduct your 60-minute Clarity Session
- To provide personalized guidance based on your unique design and the question you brought
Follow-Up:
- To send you the session recording and notes
- To respond to any questions or concerns you have about your session
- To process refunds or reschedule requests if needed
I will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How I Store and Protect Your Information
Storage:
- Session recordings and notes are stored securely on password-protected systems and are accessible only to me
- Your personal information (birth details, questions) is stored confidentially
- I retain session recordings and notes for your reference. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact me (see Section 5 below).
Security:
- I implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse
- However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While I take your privacy seriously and implement industry-standard security practices, I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Business Continuity:
- In the event I discontinue offering Clarity Sessions or close this business, I will notify clients in advance when possible. You will have the opportunity to download your session recordings and request deletion of your personal data.

I use the following third-party services to deliver Clarity Sessions:
- Calendly — For booking and scheduling
- PayPal — For payment processing
- Automated Transcription Service — For generating written session notes from audio recordings

Important: I am not responsible for the privacy practices or security measures of these third-party services. While I choose reputable providers, any data breach, unauthorized access, or privacy violation by these services is outside my control. I encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms of service.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: You can request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
Correction: You can request that I correct any inaccurate information.
Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that I delete your personal information, including session recordings and notes. Please note that once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Deletion requests will be processed as soon as possible.
Withdrawal of Consent: You can request that I stop using your personal information and delete all data I hold about you at any time by contacting me. This means I will permanently delete your session recording, notes, birth data, and all personal information. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
Data Portability (GDPR): If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request your data in a portable format.
Object to Processing: You have the right to object to how your data is being used, though this may affect my ability to provide services to you.

Active Clients:
- I retain your personal information, session recordings, and notes for your reference
Inactive Clients:
- If you have not booked a session in 3+ years and have not contacted me, I may reach out to confirm whether you wish to keep your data on file or have it deleted
Deletion Requests:
- You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 5)
- Upon request, all data will be deleted as soon as possible
8. Children's Privacy
Clarity Sessions are intended for adults (18 years and older). I do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not book a session or provide any personal information.
If I become aware that I have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, I will delete that information immediately.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
