Introduction
Welcome to Alchemy with RJ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") create a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "client") and Ranjana TN, who provides services under the name Alchemy with RJ ("I," "me," "my").
These Terms govern your use of this website and your participation in Clarity Sessions. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with Ranjana TN.
Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Services Offered
Clarity Session is a 60-minute personalized session where I provide spiritual and intuitive guidance through:
- Human Design chart analysis
- Channeling and intuitive messages
- Oracle card readings
- Support in clarifying your path and next steps
What's Included:
- Pre-session preparation (chart study, oracle cards, channeling)
- 60-minute live session (via video call)
- Session audio recording
- Written session notes
What's NOT Included:
- Professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
- Guaranteed outcomes or specific results
- Follow-up sessions (these must be booked separately)
2. Pricing and Payment
Session Price: Pricing is available on alchemywithrj.com.
Payment: Payment is processed at the time of booking through Calendly via PayPal. All payments must be completed before your scheduled session.
Currency: All prices are in USD.
3. Booking and Scheduling
How to Book: Sessions are booked through Calendly at alchemywithrj.com
Scheduling Notice: You must book your session at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate preparation time.
Session Format: Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platform). You will receive the session link in your confirmation email.
Your Responsibility:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Test your audio and video before the session
- Join the call on time from a quiet, private space
- Provide accurate birth information (date, exact time, location)
Technical Requirements:
- Computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
- Updated browser or video call application
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice:
If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, I will process a full refund. Please contact me at alchemywithrj [at] gmail [dot] com to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of your cancellation request.
Cancellation Within 48 Hours:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. This is because the majority of the work (chart study, oracle cards, channeling) is completed in the 48-72 hours before we meet.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session at any time using the reschedule link in your confirmation email, as long as the new session is scheduled with at least 48 hours notice. There is no fee for rescheduling.
No-Show:
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact me in advance, the session fee is non-refundable and the session is considered complete. No recording or notes will be provided.
My Cancellation (Force Majeure):
If I must cancel your session due to illness, emergency, technical failure, or circumstances beyond my control, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:
- Rescheduling to a mutually convenient time at no additional charge, OR
- A full refund processed within 7 business days
In such cases, my liability is limited to refunding your session fee. I am not liable for any consequential damages, travel expenses, or other costs you may have incurred.
5. Session Recordings and Consent
Recording Consent:
By booking a Clarity Session, you consent to the session being audio recorded. The recording is for your personal use and will be shared with you after the session.
Your Responsibility:
- You are responsible for downloading and backing up your session recording
- I retain the recording on my secure systems, but you should save your own copy
- If you lose access to your recording, I may be able to provide it again, but this is not guaranteed after 90 days
Confidentiality:
I will never share your session recording, notes, or any personal information shared during the session without your explicit written permission.
Your Use of Recordings:
The session recording and notes are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share, distribute, or publish the recording or notes publicly
- Use the recording for commercial purposes
- Attribute quotes or guidance from the session to me in public forums without written permission
Technical Issues:
If technical issues prevent the session from being recorded, I am not obligated to provide a refund or re-do the session. However, I will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and resolve recording issues.
6. Client Technical Failures
Your Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring your technology works properly during the session. This includes:
- Internet connection
- Audio and video equipment
- Joining the call on time
No Refunds for Client Technical Issues:
If you experience technical difficulties on your end (poor internet, audio/video problems, inability to join the call), this does not constitute grounds for a refund or rescheduling without adequate notice.
If you notify me of technical issues before or during the session, I will make reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot. However, session time lost due to your technical difficulties will not be extended or refunded.
Best Practice:
Test your technology at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.
7. Accuracy of Birth Information
Your Responsibility:
You are responsible for providing accurate birth information (date, exact time, and location). The quality and accuracy of your session depend heavily on the accuracy of this information.
Inaccurate Information:
If you provide inaccurate birth information and this affects the session, I am not obligated to provide a refund or redo the session. However, if you discover an error after the session, contact me and I may offer a discounted follow-up session to address the corrected information.
Unknown Birth Time:
If you do not know your exact birth time, please indicate this in your intake form. I will do my best to work with the information available and will lean more heavily on channeling and oracle guidance.
8. Nature of Service
Spiritual Guidance, Not Professional Advice:
Clarity Sessions provide spiritual and intuitive guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
If you require professional services in any of these areas, please consult a licensed professional.
No Guarantees:
While I provide guidance to the best of my ability using Human Design, channeling, and oracle cards, I cannot and do not guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or results
- That you will make certain decisions or take certain actions
- That following the guidance will lead to particular life changes
- The accuracy of predictions or future-oriented insights
Your experience and the value you receive from the session depend on many factors, including your openness, how you choose to apply the insights, and circumstances beyond anyone's control.
Personal Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all decisions you make and actions you take based on the guidance provided in your session. I am not responsible for the outcomes of your decisions.
9. Code of Conduct
Respectful Communication:
I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space. I expect the same from you.
The following behaviors will result in immediate termination of the session without refund:
- Abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or harassing language or behavior
- Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual comments
- Discriminatory language or behavior
- Recording the session without permission
- Intoxication or substance use during the session
Preparation:
Please come to your session prepared with:
- The specific question or area you'd like clarity on
- An open mind and willingness to receive guidance
- A quiet, private space where you can speak freely
The more clarity you bring about what you need, the more focused and valuable our session will be.
10. Intellectual Property
Website Content:
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by Ranjana TN (Alchemy with RJ) and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Session Content:
The insights, guidance, and channeled messages shared during your session are part of the service you've paid for and are for your personal use only.
You may not:
- Publicly share or publish session content attributing it to me without written permission
- Use session content for commercial purposes
- Claim the guidance or insights as your own intellectual property
11. Limitation of Liability
No Liability:
By booking a Clarity Session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Clarity Sessions provide spiritual and intuitive guidance only, not professional advice of any kind
- You are solely responsible for all decisions you make and actions you take based on the session
- You hold Ranjana TN (Alchemy with RJ) completely harmless and not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from your participation in a Clarity Session
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from:
- Your use of this website
- Your participation in a Clarity Session
- Decisions you make or actions you take based on session guidance
- Technical failures (mine or yours)
- Cancellations or rescheduling
- Any other aspect of this service
This includes but is not limited to: financial loss, lost profits, business interruption, personal injury, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, career changes, or any other damages.
Release and Indemnification:
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ranjana TN (Alchemy with RJ) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of this service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your decisions or actions based on session guidance
- Any misrepresentation you make in booking or during a session
12. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution:
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your session or these Terms, please contact me first at alchemywithrj [at] gmail [dot] com. I am committed to resolving issues amicably and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction:
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
No Class Actions:
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ranjana TN (Alchemy with RJ) regarding Clarity Sessions.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
No modification or waiver of these Terms will be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
15. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my practices, legal requirements, or service offerings.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. If I make significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, I will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel any upcoming sessions and discontinue use of the service.
